Merit Scholarship

Category - A
Scholarship % Criteria
15% Discount shall be given to students, who have secured: 100% marks in Science or Maths OR A1 Grade in all subjects in Class VII / VIII / IX / X OR Topper of any CBSE Board OR State Board OR NTSE Scholar OR Olympiad Scholar (below 100 Rank)
10% Discount shall be given to students, who have secured : A1 Grade in Science and Maths in Class VII / VIII / IX OR 95% and above in Science and Maths in Class X OR 90% and above aggregate marks in Class X OR 89% and above aggregate marks in PCB / PCM in Class XII Board OR Qualified AIPMT Prelim. - 2012 OR Ex-Aakashian who has already taken our classroom coaching for one year Course or two years course at any centre / branch of Aakash.
5% Discount shall be given to students, who have secured : A1 Grade in Science & A2 Grade in Maths or vice versa OR 90% - 94.5% marks in Science & Maths in class VII / VIII / IX / X OR 85% - 88.5% marks in PCB / PCM in class XII Board
Note: 10% relaxation in marks for State Board students except CBSE / ICSE for merit scholarships.

Special Scholarships

Category - B
Scholarship % Criteria
5% Discount on Price will be given to those students who have lost their father and the mother of student is the only single earning member of the family. Proper application and proof in this regard will have to be submitted by the mother.
5% Discount on Price will be given to the ward of the teacher / principal of recognized school / college / university or any reputed coaching institute (Attach Proof).
5% Discount on Price will be given to each sibling who is taking admission or is already studying in Aakash.
Additional Scholarships
Category - C
Scholarship % Criteria
5% This additional Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to the girl student only.
Note :
  1. If a student is eligible for Category A, B & C then these scholarships will be clubbed.
  2. A student can avail any one of the scholarship from ‘Category - B’.
 
Scholarship means Fee Concession, Fee Discount, Fee waiver
If at any point of time government decides to charge Service Tax on the scholarship / concession amount / fee waiver, then the service tax shall be borne by the students.
